Boys Program

The WCGC Boy’s Progressive Program is an ideal way to enhance your son’s overall fitness training. Each athlete is challenged with new skills on all six men’s Olympic events (Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and Horizontal Bar) and basic trampoline instruction. In addition to gymnastic skill instruction, your son will learn the correct way to train in order to increase strength, power, and speed. Gymnastic instruction and classes are the perfect compliment to any aspiring athlete’s fitness plan!
