Coaches will challenge each child in an obstacle course format. This allows for everyone to stay busy to grow stronger bodies and sharp minds. In this class students will be learning the 3 core fundamentals of ninja warrior that will prepare them for the level 1 class once they turn 6. The 3 fundamentals are proper warped wall technique & safety, moving balance, & grip strength. They will be learning about the value of perseverance & respect in regard to obstacles & helping one another overcome those obstacles.

In this class students will learn more advanced balance drills focusing on spinning balance, also learning ways to increase their pull up & grip strength. Students will start to learn how to swing from obstacle to obstacle. More emphasis will be put on generating power through explosive movements while running up the 10 ft warped wall and starting to build a cardio base element for the students as well. They will continue to learn about the value of perseverance & respect in regard to obstacles & helping one another overcome those obstacles. Requirements to level up – capable of a 30 second dead hang from 2 different obstacles & a 1 minute dead hang from a straight bar, 5 unassisted pull ups with a 5 second hold on the last rep with a slow drop finish, able to hit the mini tramp to the trapeze swing bar without falling, showing proficiency in balance obstacles without assistance, ring swing completed to giant rope with climb to top, be able to move through multiple obstacles without falling & be able to conquer the 10 ft warped wall 3 times consistently plus dismount down wall. 5:15 pm: Superstars5:15 pm: Superstars – Age: 18 months – 3 years This class is designed to help your child develop social and motor skills. Requirements to level up – capable of a 30 second dead hang from 2 different obstacles & a 1 minute dead hang from a straight bar, 5 unassisted pull ups with a 5 second hold on the last rep with a slow drop finish, able to hit the mini tramp to the trapeze swing bar without falling, showing proficiency in balance obstacles without assistance, ring swing completed to giant rope with climb to top, be able to move through multiple obstacles without falling & be able to conquer the 10 ft warped wall 3 times consistently plus dismount down wall. 7:00 pm: Tumbling Level 27:00 pm: Tumbling Level 2 – Age: 5 years & up This level includes running round off, handstand forward roll, handstand to bridge and backbend kick over. At this level, the tumbler may begin to perform round off back handspring. 7:30 pm: Tumbling Level 37:30 pm: Tumbling Level 3 – Age: 5 years & up At this level, athletes will advance to a front limber, back walk over, standing back handspring and a round off back handspring. | 28May 28, 2022●●(13 events)8:00 am: Ninja Team8:00 am: Ninja Team – 2 hours Team training is designed for students who have met the required skills from level 3 ninjas or have been evaluated by coach John to join the World class Dragon team. 2 hours of training each Sat morning. Starting early in 2022 we will start competing in local ninja warrior obstacle competitions but are also held all across the US. Team training is designed for the most experienced student. We will review all the skills taught in previous levels & focus on full course runs while continuing to develop stronger grip & leg strength. Learning bigger lache lengths up to 6 ft including laches to different obstacles 9:00 am: Boys Gymnastics Level 49:00 am: Boys Gymnastics Level 4 – Age: 5 & up Athletes get exposure to all six events (floor, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar) as well as instruction on tumble track. Development of strength and flexibility is a key component of this class. 9:00 am: Girls Gymnastics Level 39:00 am: Girls Gymnastics Level 3 – Age: 6 & up Once skills are attained from level 2 gymnast may advance to level 3. At this level, students learn to perfect all the skills taught in level 2 on the floor without mats as well as running round off and introduction to back and front walkovers. Gymnasts will perform pullover and back hip circle without a spot on bars and begin front hip circles, jump to block on vault. 9:00 am: Superstars9:00 am: Superstars – Age: 18 months – 3 years This class is designed to help your child develop social and motor skills. We begin each session with listening time. First, we gather in a circle to do fun stretches, sing and dance to songs and take turns showing off our rolls. Next we move on to the circuits where your child will learn jumping, balancing, swinging and strength through various stations. After stations we return to the circle for listening time. Some of the additional activities include parachute, songs, riding the Rody’s, obstacle course and bubbles. 9:30 am: Kinderkids9:30 am: Kinderkids – Age: Level 1 – 4 & 5 years Kinderkids is a fast paced class full of rolling, bouncing and basic gymnastic skills. Your child will be learning skills on floor, bars, beam, springboard and trampoline. Classes are designed to help your child develop confidence and knowledge of skills for needed for the next level. 9:45 am: Tumbletykes9:45 am: Tumbletykes – Age: 3 years This is an independent class without parents. Coaches will challenge each child in an obstacle course format. This allows for everyone to stay busy to grow stronger bodies and sharp minds. Stations change weekly and children will learn basic skills on floor, bars, beam, springboard and trampoline. 10:00 am: Ninja Level 110:00 am: Ninja Level 1 – 1 1/4hours This class is designed for the beginner ninja but also someone with minimal experience on obstacles. Students will learn proper warped wall techniques, different grip strengths, moving balance, & how to perform a correct pull up. They will continue to learn about the value of perseverance & respect in regard to obstacles & helping one another overcome those obstacles. Requirements to level up – Capable of a 30 second dead hang from a straight bar, learn proper roll out, capable of 1 unassisted pull up & hold at the top of pull up for 5 seconds then come down slow without dropping off straight bar, be able to move from one obstacle to another without falling, & finally be able to conquer the 8 ft warped wall 3 times consistently plus dismount down wall safely (evaluations are at the request of coach John) 10:15 am: Boys Gymnastics Level 310:15 am: Boys Gymnastics Level 3 – Age: 5 & up This class is for the experienced gymnast. Level 3 introduces athletes to a vast array of challenging skills (back handsprings and fly aways). Continued development of strength and flexibility allows each athlete the opportunity to excel. 10:15 am: Girls Gymnastics Level 410:15 am: Girls Gymnastics Level 4 – Age: 6 & up Level 4 gymnasts will be learning back and front hand springs on floor, front hip circle, glide swings and shoot through on bars, handstand and cartwheel on beam, flatback on vault. 10:30 am: Superstars10:30 am: Superstars – Age: Level 2 – 4 & 5 years This class is for students who have a basic knowledge of gymnastics. Your child will be learning more advanced skills such as cartwheels and handstands.
