Fees: $199 for 10 weeks
Time: 1¼ hour

Our recreational trampoline class focuses on learning basic skills and body positions to execute arial skills on varying types of trampolines. Athletes will learn to land on different parts of their bodies while maintaining control of themselves. They will eventually work their way to doing flips and twist.
