This class is designed for the beginner ninja but also someone with minimal experience on obstacles. Students will learn proper warped wall techniques, different grip strengths, moving balance, & how to perform a correct pull up. They will continue to learn about the value of perseverance & respect in regard to obstacles & helping one another overcome those obstacles.
Requirements to level up – Capable of a 30 second dead hang from a straight bar, learn proper roll out, capable of 1 unassisted pull up & hold at the top of pull up for 5 seconds then come down slow without dropping off straight bar, be able to move from one obstacle to another without falling, & finally be able to conquer the 8 ft warped wall 3 times consistently plus dismount down wall safely (evaluations are at the request of coach John)
